White Wine

Primo, the Frascati Superiore by Merumalia, has intense and captivating aromas with a refreshing and persistent acidity. The autochthonous grapes grow on volcanic soil respecting the nature and the environment.

CANTO, the Cannellino di Frascati DOCG by Merumalia, is a blend of Malvasia del Lazio and Bombino grapes that are grown respecting the nature and the environment. During maturation period, the vine fruit branches, destined for this wine, are pruned and left on the plants to dry out. The dried grapes are harvested to produce a slightly sweet wine, which ages in barrels for at least 6 months. It pairs beautifully with aged cheeses and dry pastries.

Fiano by Merumalia, on the nose it’s quite complex with intense fruity and aromatic herbs smells. The sip is characterized by an intense sapidity and a quite long persistence. The vineyard grows on a volcanic soil, respecting the nature and the environment.

Giova, Merumalia’s solo Greco, takes on the minerality of the soil, it presents itself on the nose with hints of pear, almonds and elegant floral notes of acacia. On the palate it is fresh with the characteristic acidity. This autochthonous grape grows on a volcanic soil, respecting the nature and the environment.
