VETUS RISERVA

VETUS, Roma DOC rosso by Merumalia, has a nice ruby red colour with purple highlights. It has a tasteful and intense aroma with notes of red fruits on a spicy background. Caressing taste, soft and harmonious with good tannins and well balanced. The autochthonous grapes grow on a volcanic soil, rich of minerals, and respecting the nature and the environment. It pairs well with red meat, wild games, Roman traditional dishes, aged cheeses and cold cuts.

LIVIA, Merumalia's Syrah, with an intense red color with violet reflections, is a warm and enveloping wine. On the nose a bouquet of blueberry, blackberry and plum, with notes of black pepper. Aged in barrique, it gives the palate an elegant structure and roundness after the initial tannic astringency. It goes well with strong flavors.

Primo, the Frascati Superiore Riserva by Merumalia, on the nose has wide and involving fruity aromas. A strong, long-standing minerality. pervade the mouth. It’s a blend of Malvasia del Lazio, Greco and Bombino grapes that are grown respecting the nature and the environment.
