Information on the treatment of personal data
(pursuant to and for the purposes of art.13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/C)
The legal basis of the treatment is identified pursuant to art. 6 GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation- in the necessity of the use of data for the execution of the contract that the interested party is part of. Therefore any refusal to provide personal data will make it impossible to start or continue the commercial relationship with MERUMALIA.

Nature of the data
The processed personal data are those relating to identification data (personal data, headquarters, telephone, email, website) and tax data (tax code, VAT number).
Purpose of the treatment
Personal data are acquired by MERUMALIA s.a.s. and will be processed and stored with the support of IT means and the adoption of specific security measures to prevent data loss as well as any unauthorized use, disclosure or modification (respecting the provisions of ex art.32 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016).
The processing of the personal data provided is aimed solely at:
- contract execution
- fulfillment of legal obligations regarding the contractual relationship
- contract management
- protection of contractual rights
- internal statistical analysis
- marketing activities by sending promotional and advertising materials concerning products or services similar to the one covered by the existing commercial relationship
- ascertainment of responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes against the site
The data will be kept until the requested service is completed and can be shared to competent Offices in case of administrative legal obligations.
The legal basis of data treatment is the contract, as well as its explicit consent.
Processing methods
Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form; all data processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal data.
Personal data are not subjected to automated processes, such as profiling.
Personal data are not processed for purposes other than those they were collected for.
At any time the User has the possibility to verify the correctness of the registrations made for his name, to rectify any inaccuracies or to request their cancellation.
Data retention period
The collected and processed data will be stored only for the period of time needed to fulfill the purposes they were collected or subsequently processed for, to fulfill contractual or legal obligation, to document the performed activities, as well as to guarantee the legitimate interest of MERUMALIA to protect itself from responsibilities which can come from data processing and until any eventual action against it is prescribed.
If you notice damage to your person due to data processing, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (following the instructions on www.garanteprivacy.it).
